Semi-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Programme for CCTVs (Lot-1) ad Fire Alarm Systems (Lot-2) for FCDO Offices and Expat Residences in Pakistan, Nepal, India and Bangladesh

Tender description

The intention of this tender is to engage either a Single or Multiple service providers in undertaking a Semi comprehensive Annual Maintenance Programme for CCTVs (Lot-1) and Fire Alarms Systems (Lot-2) installed in various FCDO Offices and Expat Residences in the South Asian Region. The proposed contract will be a semi comprehensive AMC, with a costed planned preventive maintenance programme with provision of ad-hoc call outs for any remedial maintenance required between two planned services. The List of Spare Part and Costs will be agreed and rates will be frozen for the entire duration of the contract. The initial contract will be for a period of Two (2) years, with the provision to for an in-scope costed extension for Three (3) more years, subject to satisfactory performance provided by the selected supplier and continued business requirement. Thereby the full lifetime of this contract shall be of 5 years from the tentative commencement date of 1st August 2023.
