Request for Tender for the WESP Maintenance Tank Ancillary Mechanical Works at SMARTPLY Europe DAC ‘23

Tender description

Smartply Europe DAC are seeking suitably qualified companies to Install a new 412m3 Tank for a Storage of Water on their site in Belview to replace an existing one. The tank will be installed adjacent to the existing tank. The installation of this new tank will require some modifications to the existing pipework system and the installation of new pipework. The project is split into the following scope sections. Scope Ref. Description A Mods to Existing WESP Filling Line B WESP Filling System C WESP Emptying System D Supply from Settling Tank E Tank Main Outfeed Connection F WESP Top-Up System G Tank Drain H Tank Overflow Pipe J Access Platform to Manual Valves K Dust HP Line Support Modifications Successful candidate will be expected to take on the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS). In as far as possible the work is to be carried out so that the operation of the plant is not affected.
