Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders for the provision of the following recruitment consultancy services: Lot 1 Area 1 - Senior Management and Executive Roles Area 2 - Middle Management Area 3 - HR, Administration, Support and General Roles/Requirements. Area 4 – Housing Services Lot 2 Area 1 – Technical / Specialist – Facilities Management, Surveyors, Property Specialists and Trades Lot 3 Area 1 – Temporary Agency Staff The different strands of recruitment services are divided into different lots for the purpose of this procurement competition which will take the form of a framework agreement with a single supplier appointed to each Lot. As such, each lot will result in a separate contract. Tenderers may apply for one or more lots. Each lot, as outlined contains a number of different areas which define the classification of roles associated with each recruitment services contract arising from this competition.
