Quantity Surveying / Project Management Consultancy Services Associated with the Renovation and Refu

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the role of Quantity Surveying / Project Management Consultancy Services Associated with the Renovation and Refurbishment of Council Properties. The work is to include the clearance of existing services and fittings and the fitting of new services. The scope of the project will also include some external works. The successful applicant will be required to create an appropriate quantified Schedule of Works (SoW) and a measured survey with appropriate scaled drawings for each property in conjunction with the IoACC and WAG requirements. All properties will need to be visited and surveyed in order to correctly ascertain the scope of the works. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales Postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 16/06/2023 Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
