Tender description

Norfolk County Council's Public Health team are looking to procure smoking cessation services. Though the full scope of this service is still being developed, it will feature one or more of these key elements:• Level 3 specialist smoking service• Targeted resources to specific higher need cohorts• Suite of NICE recommended interventions, to include E-cigarettes (vaping) and incentivisation• Training and governance of locally commissioned service providers (such as GP practices and pharmacies – level 2 serviceIndications at this stage is of a potential minimum lifetime contract value of £3.5million over 7-years excluding pharmacological costs HRT, vapes and incentive scheme.The Council has not yet decided whether this contract will be lotted.
