Network and WiFi Services Licence Renewal 2023 (Early Engagement)

Background In 2021 North Northamptonshire Council was created, replacing Corby Borough Council, Kettering Borough Council, the Borough Council of Wellingborough, East Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire County Council (now known as sovereign councils). Each sovereign council had its own application and desktop virtualisation solution. North Northamptonshire Council's ICT Department is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide the renewal for our Meraki Licences estate or deliver replacement hardware (switches, AP's, cameras), professional services to replace hardware, training of the new system to the technical team, and all configuration to enable the new network service, whilst ensuring minimal service disruption . Requirement A list of our current Meraki estate This expression of interest is to see if any Suppliers are able to supply the renewal of Meraki Licences We will require the following: MR Enterprise (Access Points) x 125 MS120-24P x 1 MS225-24P x 1 MS225-48FP x 1 MS225-48LP x 10 MS250-24P x 2 MS250-48FP x 3 MS250-48LP x 26 MS425-16 x 2 MV (Cameras) x 5 The above is split across 15 locations based around Thrapston, Wellingborough and Corby Key dates Due to the first licence renewal we will require the renewals to completed and active ready for 28th June 2023.
