Tender description

The contract covers the provision of fast and dependable internet access across a scalable range of bandwidths for NCBI's 24 office locations and over 100 retail shop locations nationwide. It is estimated that NCBI Retail is planning to expand to 150 by 2024 with ambitions to grow to 300 stores. The connection must be managed 24/7 with service level agreements based on fault resolution, rather than response time. The contract includes implementation expenses and two years of internet access. In the event that the company is unable to provide the required level of internet access to any of the locations, NCBI has the right to choose another vendor for those areas. Delivery and supporting technology will be provided by means of a contract with a supplier who will be responsible for the delivery directly or via agreed subcontractors.
