Plymouth City Council (‘The Council’) would like to invite you to provide a tender for a framework contract for Health and Social Care Staffing Agency Services for Children and Young People. The anticipated duration of the contract is 5 years, with a possible extension of 2 years. The anticipated annual value of services to be ‘called off’ through the framework contract is approximately £5.1 million in total, made up as follows: Plymouth City Council – approximately £3 million annually; Torbay Council are a contracting body and will commission services through this Framework Agreement with an anticipated value of approximately £2.1 million annually. Following this initial procurement process the Council will undertake an annual review to determine whether the Framework is providing sufficient choice, quality and capacity to consistently meet needs. Subject to the outcome of the annual review the Council may run a further procurement exercise to give additional providers the opportunity to submit a tender to join the Framework.
