Extra Care Housing Demand Management Model

Tender description

This contract is a consultancy piece of work to understand the current and future demand for Extra Care Housing across Hampshire, to inform design, size, location and tenure of Extra Care Housing schemes; current and future. The outcome of this work will be an evidence lead tool that can be utilised by HCC staff to give an update on the demand and need for Extra Care Housing in specific places, as small an area as ward-level. It will also be used to identify gaps and any oversupply in the current and future provision. The start date for this service may be started from either August, September, October or November - please see invitation to quote guidance once the tender is live for further information about the start date. The value of the service is up to £30,000.00 for a contract period of three months.
