Criminal Justice Focused Independent Sexual Violence Adviser Service

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent wish to explore market capabilities for the provision of a single supplier to deliver a criminal focused Independent Sexual Violence Adviser Service. This service, if tendered, will be co-commissioned between the Offices of the Police and Crime Commissioners for Gwent, South Wales and Dyfed Powys, with the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent leading the procurement. The Service will be undertaken in the geographical footprint of the three Police Forces. Lot 1: The Services shall cover the whole of Gwent, South Wales & Dyfed Powys Police areas. The Provider should consider an outreach approach to delivering services accessible to clients in each of the OPCC areas. The Provider shall consider co-location with partner agencies and linked services. The ISVA’s shall attend both in Court and at the Spokes. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement based around the findings and outcomes of this Market Engagement exercise. Participation in this Market Engagement exercise is voluntary, and non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part in any related procurement exercise. The proposed structure of this Market Engagement exercise will be as follows: - Initial engagement via PIN (22nd May 2023) - Official Invitation Outlining Event Details (22nd June 2023) - Market Engagement Event (26 June 2023, 9.30-11.30am) This event will take place online via Microsoft Teams, please email procurement@gwent.police.uk quoting 'JCPS0449 - ISVA' to register your interest in attending and the Teams request will be sent no later than two days prior to the day. The agenda for the event will be a presentation followed by an open Q&A session. Additional information: This PIN does not formally signify the beginning of any procurement exercise by the Commissioner, nor does it constitute a commitment by the Commissioner to undertake a procurement. However, in the event that the Commissioner decides to formally commence a procurement pursuant to this PIN, a separate contract notice will be published.
