Tender description
North Somerset Council wish to procure a contractor to undertake repairs of the Sea wall at Poets Walk, Clevedon, to ensure its structural stability and to extend its residual life. The work consists of: • Re-point and repair wall using Hydraulic Lime Mortar grade NHL5. The area of repoint is approximately 293 square metres. • Replacement of coping and stones in the same style as currently present. The length is 82m. • Replacement of missing stone, approximately 20 no. • Mastic joint sealant introduced between footpath and wall the length is 82m.
