Asbestos Surveys and Re-Inspections

Tender description

Swindon Borough Council wishes to engage with a suitably experienced and qualified company to carry out asbestos surveys and re-inspections for domestic, corporate buildings and garages which were constructed prior to the year 2000. The initial contract term will be for 48 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 8 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £940,000.00 and £950,000.00 across the initial 4 year contract term and between £1,880,000.00 and £1,900,000 across the potential total 8 year contract term. To participate in this Restricted Procedure, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and draft tender documents. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
