Wichelstowe District Centre Urban Design Services Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of urban design services related to mixed use development on parcels of land located east and west of the existing Wilts and Berks canal in the Wichelstowe District Centre. Project Description The services will include the detailed design of two development parcels including the internal layout of buildings and public realm culminating in a Reserved Matters Planning Application. Reserved Matters applications are to be developed and submitted by January 2024 at the latest. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal.
