Void Whole House Refurbishment Including Decarbonisation Measures

Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to engage 2 contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. The anticipated cost of this contract is expected to be in the region of 60000.00 GBP per property and, take approx.14 weeks to complete. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 2 (two) Contractors to carry out these works. Work will include but is not limited to: • Electrical rewiring • Heating installation and associated gas work • Installation of solar PV and battery storage. • MVHR systems • Fabric insulation works (IWI/EWI) • Structural modifications associated with remodelling internal spaces • Replacement of roof coverings • Installation of kitchens and bathrooms to the WHQS • Externals works Prices submitted in the Priced Schedule(s) (Appendix 3) are to be fixed for the duration of the contract. Works to be completed by April 2023.
