Tender description

Medway Council wish to appoint and experienced and knowledgeable consultancy to undertake a ULEV Feasibility Study. Medway Council are carrying out a full ULEV feasibility study for the taxi and private hire fleet which includes profiling the existing fleet, forecasting the impact of different ULEV scenarios on emissions, infrastructure requirements and two-way engagement with operators and drivers to understand the barriers and opportunities to ULEV uptake, we will also look to address local concerns and knowledge gaps.
