The Supply of Art and Craft Equipment in Four (4) Lots to Cork Education and Training Board

Cork Education and Training Board proposes to establish a number of multi-party Framework Agreements for the Supply of Art and Craft Equipment at designated Cork ETB sites as required. Lot 1 - Art & Craft DE Equipment List Lot 2 - General Art Class Materials Lot 3 - Textiles & Embroidery Art Materials Lot 4 - Ceramics Tenderers should note, each lot will be individually evaluated, so specialist firms capable of supplying only an individual lot are welcome to submit a tender for that lot, or indeed multiple lots. Lot 1: Art & Craft DE Equipment List This lot relates to items listed as per the Department of Education Art & Craft Equipment List as detailed in the tender documentation. Technical specifications for all items are as per Department of Education Specifications. Cork ETB may over the life of the framework require bespoke or customised items not included on the Department list or in excess of the Department technical specification. Lot 2: General Art Class Materials This lot relates to a list of General Art & Craft Class Materials which may be required by Cork ETB, for the lifetime of the Framework. Technical specifications for all items are as per Department of Education Specifications. Cork ETB may over the life of the framework require bespoke or customised items not included on the Department list or in excess of the Department technical specification. Where alternative items are being requested which are not on the Departments list, Tenderers should ensure that these items meet the required CE standards. Lot 3: Textiles & Embroidery Art Materials This lot relates to a list of Textiles & Embroidery Art Materials which may be required by Cork ETB, for the lifetime of the Framework.
