The Provision of an Audio-Visual Solution for the Jones Room in Strategic Command. PURPOSE To provide PJHQ a conferencing and presentation facility that offers high fidelity viewing in a single auditorium, supports VTC, and has potential for expansion in future to include distributed participation. BACKGROUND TO REQUIREMENT/OVERVIEW OF REQUIREMENT As part of a major transformation programme, PJHQ requires a modern and accreditable visualisation system installed within a complimentary flexible working space. The user needs a working space that is capable of being used for conferencing, multinational operational planning or as an alternate situation centre.
