Review the organisational staffing structure and develop proposals/options for implementation of a revised structure to ensure delivery of Apex’s strategic objectives going forward. The review will include an assessment of the functions and roles within each directorate and will include discussions with the Chief Executive and relevant directors regarding the current structure, responsibilities and potential areas for improvement.
