Tender description

This tender is for the instruction of a consultant/contractor to undertake the supply and installation of environmental sensors, data analysis, and presentation in accordance with the tender requirements, and all associated works, etc. for the Employer, Tuath Housing Association CLG. The Employer requires the consultant to be experienced, competent, proactive and practical and his staff, capable of working together within the Works Requirements, Contract Sum and project timescales whilst providing a high standard of diligent data collection, consolidation and reporting. The client will rely on this data for their planned and responsive maintenance, inspections, and resource allocation into the future.
