Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to engage Two Scaffolding Contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. It is anticipated that Tai Tarian will award approximately £400,000 per annum in works over the contract period. Works on/in the properties will be carried out under Tai Tarian Standard Services Agreement. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a maximum of Two (2) contractors to a 4 year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through individual works orders and the work content will be awarded on individual properties, with a maximum of 12 works orders allocated to any one contractor at any time.
