NHS North West London Integrated Care Board is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and capable providers for the Provision of Primary Medical Services (General Practice) under APMS contract arrangements for Hillingdon Locality in NWL. This PIN seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service. To show your interest in this opportunity you are invited to review the draft Service Specification, complete and submit the Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ). Additional information: This Prior Information Notice for the Provision of Primary Medical Services (General Practice) under APMS contract arrangements for Hillingdon Locality in the Market Engagement Questionnaire and the draft Specification, relates to the ICB's intention to establish a Service contract for up to five years with the option to extend for an additional five years, plus five more years (5+5+5), pending NHS England approval, up to a maximum contract duration of 15 years, with an indicative overall total contract value of approximately £38,300,000 (including extensions). Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this Market Engagement Exercise and a response to this notice does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future public procurement process that the Contracting Authority may conduct. However, the Contracting Authority may reasonably conclude a lack of capable market interest in the absence of responses to this questionnaire.
