Westminster City Council is seeking to work with a single Provider who can fully maintain approx. 1370m2 new planting in a new public space at Strand Aldwych. The Provider shall be required to keep the beds looking neat and healthy in this high-profile location including watering, feeding, spray-cleaning, pest control, pruning, etc throughout the year. The publication of this notice follows the market engagement request that was published on May 15th 2023. The City of Westminster anticipate the publication of the formal Invitation to Tender around July 2023 (this is subject to change).
