Planned & Reactive Pest Control Services across Leicestershire County Council estates The key requirements of the Contract are: • The requirement to deliver Pest Control services promptly to all of the Customer’s Premises and those of its Clients. • To undertake inspections as specified by the Customer. • To respond to all of the emergency call outs within specified response times. • To minimise disruption to the activities of the Premises in receipt of Services. • Compliance with and, in as far as reasonably practical to ensure that the Customer and the Supplier complies with all relevant legislation.
