NE Customer Due Diligence Check Service Lot 1: When a developer applies for a nutrient credit through the Nutrient Mitigation Scheme, the supplier of the CDD service will complete a number of background checks, identity verification and screenings to ensure the developer (the “Customer”) is correctly risk assessed and not involved in money laundering, sanctions, terrorism or is a political exposed person (PEP). The supplier will provide a report to NE, including a risk score, based on their findings.
