Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to secure Consenting management, stakeholder engagement, environment and ecology support services to progress the Mersey Tidal Power project from current status to a Scoping opinion with the option to extend services from Scoping Opinion to DCO submission and determination. The support required relates to consenting management and all associated activities for DCO including EIA, HRA, Water Regulations and other supporting consents and licenses. ** Please note we are unable to provide the some of the documents via ‘open internet access, as such all interested bidders must sign a confidentiality agreement in order to gain access.
