HS1 Ltd (hereafter "HS1") is to enter into a new 'Media & PR Services : Corporate Communications' Agreement from 01 November 2023 on a 3-year +1+1 contractual basis, as the current contract ends 31st October 2023. Therefore, HS1 is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders to be included in the next stage, which will be a PQQ / RFP for the services. The full scope of service, defining HS1’s requirement, will be provided at the RFP stage. However, an outline of the scope of service has been provided as an attachment with this request for expressions of interest, to give recipients enough information to decide whether or not HS1's requirement is something they could realistically deliver. If you are interested in being invited to participate in this opportunity, please confirm by responding to this Expression of Interest request, stating clearly in a Message on the portal, that you are interested by the deadline of 13:00 on 9th June 2023. Under no circumstances shall HS1 Ltd incur any liability in respect of this request or any supporting documentation. Direct or indirect canvassing of any employee (or agent) of HS1 Ltd by any recipient concerning this requirement, or any attempt to procure information from any employee or agent concerning this request may result in the disqualification of the recipient from consideration for the next step of this process - RFP.
