Hospital Discharge Service

Tender description

To extend the current provision of the Hospital Discharge service, that was compliantly procured, for a further 12 weeks from 1st April 2023 to 25th June 2023 to allow a full review and evaluation of the service to take place. Following the review and evaluation options will be considered to further extend the service, end or re-procure - with the appropriate governance in place. The Hospital Discharge service will be procured at the uplifted 23/24 rate of £26.60 per hour - 252 block hours per week - a total approx. weekly cost of £6,700 - 12 weeks total cost approx. £80,500. The service cost to date is approximately £82,000 (December 2022 to March 2023).
