Tender description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (“NWSSP”) Procurement Services, on behalf of HDUHB, undertook the mini-competition process utilising the NWSSP Healthcare Planners Framework. Internal Capital Planning support has been afforded to the initiation stages of these schemes with initial requirements such as the strategic assessment including the case for change commenced. The first tranches of community estate projects for which HDUHB has award contracts for external support via this Framework is for the: Development of a Strategic Outline Case / Outline Business Case (SOC, OBC) for Aberystwyth Integrated Care Centre, Development of a Strategic Outline Case / Outline Business Case (SOC, OBC) for Fishguard Integrated Care Centre, Development of a Strategic Outline Case / Outline Business Case (SOC, OBC) for Llandovery Community Hub, and Development of a Full Business Case (FBC) for Cross Hands Wellbeing Centre.
