Ground Investigation for the purpose of developing the Grangemouth Flood Protection Scheme including Electromagnetic Locating (EML) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey of all exploratory hole locations prior to breaking ground (Type B PAS 128 Survey). 15No. inspection pits to clear services to a depth of 1.2mbgl at the proposed test locations. 4No. cable percussive borehole to depths of between approximately 15m to 35mbgl.3No. cable percussive boreholes with rock core follow-on to a depth of approximately 55mbgl.3No. sonic borehole with rock core follow-on to approximate depths of 41mbgl, 46mbgl and 66mbgl. 5No. windowless sampler boreholes to depths of approximately 5mbgl.Standpipe installations are required at all locations with diver units installed at selected locations.
