Delivery of the Year 1 plan delivering the following outputs: 1. Engaging care providers from the start – embed collaborative and joined up thinking and winning hearts and minds, 2. Ensuring that they understand the unique needs of each care provider and help them to procure solutions appropriate to those needs, 3. Helping the local system to understand the best ‘starting point ‘ and identify where ‘digital exemplars’ exist that could be engaged to drive implementation momentum (as well as the slow adopters of digital who will require additional support), 4. Improving pace through implementation to give greater confidence in achieving key DSCR milestones, and 5. Helping to see where Cornwall can standardise a support offer for care providers that can be shared and deployed more widely.
