Seed funding to newly developing local out of hours (5-9) recovery social space (Rek41 CIC), and dry bar. Funding for 6 months salary for project lead, with iterative review to evaluate ongoing viability of project, and assess potential return on future funding. Will also be providing support to secure other external grant monies – e.g. lottery funding
