The Council is seeking to procure expertise with knowledge of current and emerging demands within the Adult Learning sector and experience of modern best practice, as well as the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework and the strategic direction of travel within Adult Education. This includes funding and delivery models, and national regional and local skills needs to advise whether the Council’s curriculum offer reflects the needs of Croydon residents and local employers in addressing known labour market shortages.
