Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. The cost of this contract is expected to be in the region of £300,000 and take approx.22 weeks to complete. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 1 (one) Contractor to carry out these works. Works involves replacement of defective mortar, taking down and rebuilding brickwork to sections or complete elevations, replacing individual bricks, steel columns and lintels to approx. 196 properties at various locations within Croeserw Port Talbot area.
