Tender description

The contract involves the re-development of external areas of an existing residential development owned by Connexus Homes, comprising bungalows and a community centre. The proposals comprise the construction of a new un-adopted road running from the existing site entrance into the centre of the development together with the construction of car parking. Existing footpaths to the bungalows are to be replaced, new fencing and new external lighting are to be provided. The area is also to be landscaped. Drainage to the new road and parking area is to be included together with some remedial work to the existing drainage system. The existing bungalows and community centre will remain in use throughout the contract period.
