Consultancy appointment to develop the preliminary design to detailed design of the introduction of traffic signal, and active travel improvements at the above referenced junction. Provision of call-off contract to engage a consultant to develop from preliminary design stage to detailed design of the introduction of traffic signal and active travel improvements at the Belzhiehill Interchange. The contract objectives include: -Provision of a deliverable detailed design that translates into a workable solution. -Proceed from preliminary design to detailed design and seek required approvals to move onto construction phase. -Provision of Principal Designer role on project
