To enable BMBC and the team within our Regeneration and Culture business unit to meet its aims and objectives stated within the Asset Management Strategy, we will need to monitor the KPIs and outcomes for each of the assets within our portfolio. An Asset Management System/Solution (with the possibility of Energy Management) will play a vital role in enabling the Assets teams to monitor the required information and run reports to aid strategic decision making in relation to the Asset Management Strategy. Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council would like to take the opportunity to complete some 'soft market testing' as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market.
