Tender description

The site is adjacent to the Tallaght Stadium and is currently predominantly occupied by South Dublin County Council’s Parks Department. It is bounded by the north by the car park of Tallaght Stadium, to the east and south by public parkland, and to the west by Whitestown Way. The housing development for the site is specifically designed for older social housing residents. These are typically those over 55 years old. The proposed development is for a range of 2 storey to 4 storey apartments which shall consist of 81 no. units and associated car parking comprising 18no. 2 bedroom units and 63no. 1 bedroom units.
