Tender description

Cardiff and Value University hospital Health Board were looking to implement a contract, for weight management support via suitably qualified personnel i.e. Registered Dietitians, or via personnel who are trained and supervised by a Registered Dietitian. All personnel are required to work within a competency framework set out by the company and agreed by the UHB strategic weight management lead Dietitian. Weight management support is to be delivered via an easy-to-use smart phone application-based interface, with 1:1 telephone coaching available. Support will be provided for up to 12 months and should be in line with current NICE guidance.
