Tender description

To review and re-optimise the Táin Trail Route (Walking/Hiking, Cycling & Driving) for Louth and Meath, Westmeath, Longford and Roscommon as an attractor to the area. The key outputs required include: • A reimagined Táin Trail, transforming it into an internationally iconic experiential route which possesses a myriad of experience layers, linking existing attractions on the trail with an extended focus on new and supporting experiences • Defined thematic experience route options that enhance the existing offering to provide multi-faceted experiences telling the ancient Táin Trail Story and blending a range of experiences from food and activities to attractions and events. • Pinpointing of brilliant visitor experiences that will disrupt typical visitor flow encouraging increased visitation and dwell time along the route. • Development of focused industry clusters/hubs at key touch points along the route. • Alignment with IHH & IAE brand development objectives and build upon the essence of both brand propositions.
