Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board (LWETB) provides education services to students in Schools and Centres throughout counties Longford and Westmeath. Our education services include 8 Post Primary Schools and Colleges, 4 Youthreach Centres, 3 VTOS Centres and Further Education Programmes including Community Education, Adult Literacy Services, Adult Guidance Services and Back to Education Service. The successful tenderer will be appointed to supply temporary administrative personnel to schools and education centres of Longford and Westmeath ETB. It is proposed that this contract will take effect from 9th February 2015. The contract will be subject to yearly performance reviews. The administrative duties to be provided are of a wide ranging clerical nature such as the preparation and processing of salaries and accounts, data input, record keeping, student admission and registration and reception duties. Requirements for the position include the ability to process work with a high level of attention to detail, excellent secretarial and customer service skills and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.LWETB proposes to award this contract initially for a period of 12 months.
