Lot 1: Single Point Architectural Led Design Team Park House The scope of services required is anticipated to cover the entire design, planning, construction, commissioning, handover and management of the defects liability process. In carrying out its services, the successful tenderer may be required to work from time to time with other consultants or advisors appointed by TU Dublin.
