Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to seek engagement with the market place to guide the garment specification of scrubs for Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI). Lot 1: BSO Procurement and Logistics Service wish to engage with potential suppliers on behalf of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) to obtain a market view of the scrub garments available. Interested suppliers are required to submit their expression of interest to Palsarmagh.Sourcing@hscni.net before 15:00 Friday 20 January 2023. Interested suppliers will be issued an outline of the proposed garment specification on Tuesday 24 January 2023. Interested suppliers will be required to submit samples of their proposed off-the-shelf garments along with their garment specification before 15:00 on Friday 17 February 2023. Potential tenderers will need to register their business on the website www.eTendersNI.gov.uk. Go to the 'Suppliers new to eTendersNI' section and follow the registration process. Registered potential tenderers should review their contact details to ensure the information is up to date and relevant CPV codes are added. Suppliers must note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any further tender exercise. Nonparticipation in this PIN does not exclude suppliers from participating in any further tender exercise.
