PSF 4 Lot 3B- Provision of Prioritised Capital Maintenance Programme 2023-24 & 2024-25 - Corporate Properties

Tender description

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint two consultants to manage the delivery of planned maintenance works in corporate buildings across Westmorland and Furness and Cumberland over the next two financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25.\r \r Consultant appointment will be phased in two stages 2023/24 and 2024/25. Progression into 2024/2025 will be subject to budget availability and satisfactory performance during 2023/24 based upon KPIs.\r Two packages of planned maintenance work will be delivered (indicatively):\r \r 1. Cumberland\r 2. Westmorland and Furness\r \r Consultants will be appointed to deliver 1 package only. The Council will allocate an overall budget per package (inclusive of all costs and fees) of between £2-3m per annum comprising 30-40 individual projects each year.
