Tender description
Tipperary County Council proposes to award a concession license for the operation of a mobile tea & coffee unit at its Civic Offices Car Park Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, pending the completion of office reconfiguration works during 2023. The council are looking to provide an enhanced service onsite that will provide good quality coffee and snack options in addition to its existing facilities. Tipperary County Council is seeking proposals from interested parties with a proven track record who would like to be awarded a service concession contract for the operation of a mobile tea & coffee unit and associated refreshments. It is envisaged that the mobile unit will be a small movable cart/van to fit in the proposed location within its Civic Offices Car Park in Clonmel.
