The proposed single storey classroom extension comprises classroom teaching space, 2No. classroom toilets, a disabled toilet, cleaners store and circulation space. The total floor area of this extension is 118Sq.m. The internal alterations are minor and involve converting a classroom into two separate learning supports rooms by constructing a dividing wall and installing two fire doors. This will be facilitated by minor demolition work to extend the internal corridor so that both the extension and alterations can be accessed from within the building. The total floor area of these alterations 66.07Sq.m. The total combined floor area for the extension and alterations is 184.07Sq.m.
