Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the installation of security works. The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- 1. The project will include CCTV camera, poles, automated access controls and some internal alterations. 2. Electrical, fire alarm, intruder alarm and CCTV alterations are the responsibility of the main Contractor. The latter will engage suitably qualified domestic sub-contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services 3. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 4. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents Lot 101686: Proposed Security Works At, Virgin Mary Girls & Boys National School, Shangan Road, Ballymun, Dublin 9 Contractors are invited to submit a fixed price lump sum tender for the works described in the documents attached.
