Tender description

The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- Minor demolition work, installing cubical panels, sanitary fittings, vanity units, internal joinery work, new floor coverings, classroom units, tiling, painting and the like. Plumbing alterations will include foul sewer connections, heating alterations and water services alterations. Electrical alterations will include under-sink heaters and mechanical extract fans. The Main Contractor will engage suitably qualified domestic sub-contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents
