WWETB wish to maximise their promotional opportunities by providing a range of merchandise that both attracts and appeals to the organisation’s core audience and the wider public. The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-party party framework agreement for: The supply of Promotional Merchandise for WWETB Offices, Schools and Centres In the case of a framework agreement, contracts will be awarded in accordance with the process outlined herein. Indeed, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to operate outside of the framework agreement at its discretion, particularly should it become apparent that doing so would offer greater value for money. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the framework agreement approach has been adopted to leverage efficiencies and maximise cost savings over the duration of the framework
