Tender description

Shared Services Connected Ltd are seeking pricing and proposals in relation to the procurement of up to 1000 laptops per the specification detailed below for one of its MOD customers. The devices will be purchased by SSCL however they are to be in the name / ownership of the MOD and we would expect any appropriate government discounts to apply. The procurement will be subject to completion of the SSCL Non Disclosure Agreements and acceptance of the Sopra Steria Limited / SSCL terms & conditions, copies of which are attached. The expected timeline is as follows : Supplier proposals to be submitted to richard.mason@ext.soprasteria.com and received by Weds 25th Jan 2023 or earlier Award and provision of purchase order : During Feb 2023 Delivery of Devices to a UK address : From April 2023 , please advise your earliest availability of devices Device Specification: HP 450 15.6 inch G9 • Intel Core i5 processor • 16GB RAM • 256GB SSD • Integrated Web Cam • Ethernet port • 1 HDMI port Please note : timelines could be subject to variation and SSCL reserves the right not to proceed with this procurement if the project is delayed or cancelled Additional information: attached are the SSCL supplier standard terms and conditions and Mutual NDA which we would expect to apply to this procurement opportunity
