Tender description

The Council is tendering a contract for the design and construction of a modular building to provide a new studio space to Hungerford Leisure Centre, Priory Road, Hungerford, Berkshire RG17 0AN. It is envisaged that the building will be constructed using a high proportion of off-site / modular construction. Minimum internal ceiling height in dance studio 3m, minimum NIA 75 sqm.The full scope is outlined in the specification. Lot 1: Design and build of a new modular building to be used for dance and exercise purposes.
